Using V-Go Connect APP on your V-Go Smartwatch enables you to:
· Monitor sports data in real time, record indoor and outdoor exercise data, daily steps, calorie consumption and other information.
· Monitor sleep data, record the duration of deep sleep and light sleep, and help you understand your sleep quality in real time.
· Play and control the music on your smartphone via the V-Go smartwatch or make a call on the watch, once the audio Bluetooth is connected.
· Give notification reminders, and incoming call reminders.
· Warning: Continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
